Aerobic digestion is an environmentally friendly process in which organic wastes such as leaves, grasses, twigs, peels and food waste are converted (through a biological process and partial decomposition) by soil micro-organisms into an organic and nutrient-rich substance called compost.
More specifically, aerobic digestion is a bacterial process that takes place in the presence of oxygen. Under aerobic conditions, bacteria rapidly consume organic matter, converting it into carbon dioxide. After the organic matter is consumed, the bacteria die and are in turn consumed by other bacteria. One of the important advantages of the aerobic process is that it is carried out much faster, thus having lower capital costs.
Unique Eco Green ‘s Aerobic Compact Systems (food waste digester) are based on a modern composting method with a controlled aerobic process, which provides biologically stable and organic-rich compost in the form of soil and recyclable oil used in the creation of biofuel.
It is worth noting that the Aerobic Systems (Compact) of closed type of Unique Eco Green, using microbial degradation & dehydration technology combined with the use of a crusher, process organic waste within 24 hours, achieving a weight reduction of up to 90%, thus offering significant benefits for both the environment and the business.
